Hell with vote bank politics of Congress

Death to Congress for playing vote bank politics and dividing the country on communal and caste lines.
Manmohan, who is supposed to be educated, said that Muslims have first right on country's resources. Is this not COMMUNAL?
He allocated 15% exclusively for "minorities" in the next five year plan. Is this necessary? Is this not COMMUNAL?
If Congress does Muslim appeasement, that is SECULARISM? Modi never player communal politics, he always talked about one India and one Gujarat.
