Know the history man. Don't simply say "untouchables". Hindu religion itself doesn't preach untouchability in any form and all the sects in the Hindu community are based on their trades & callings and not on religious cult, creed or colour. Moreover, the same happened to occur during post Vedic period which during the passage of time took the form of casteism by some persons in the community to meet their self interest and dominate the society. Know the history man and then say something.
