hey isnt it that the people from usa who wanted india to sign CTBT and arent they who thought korea and iran were not supposed to have nuclear technology.now if they cant control their nuclear secters, how do they expect the other contries to so too. the thing is they are too busy worrying about other countries that they dont have the time to look into their own matters. time 4 them to see whats wrong with themselves then interfere into other countries matters.
