What is this big cry about Hinduism? Some one the board says 'Hindu' is a slur word in Persian, another says it is not Hindusim, it is Santana Dharm and so on. Here you call Arabs to be Hindus etc. After all what is Hinduism?

Islam is about oneness of God, worhsipping One God, without associating partners. As a muslim I beleive Islam - which carries the code of conduct for mankind, was sent along with the first of mankind. Mankind deviated from this divine path and started idol worship. The first idol was not made in India or by Hindus, it was made in Shams (part of present middle east. The idol was made not as representation of Allah, it was made as a representation of a tribe with clay. Over time the igrnorance spread more idols came into being.

Allah selected certain men and enlightened them with the true message, to guide mankind. Mohammed is a human and the last of those selected men.

Yes my ancestors may have been idol worshippers, it makes no difference to me, as they deviated from truth. would a newborn left alone without external influences will make idols as we see today and start worshipping them, no he will not. They why are you doing it?
