on , it is upto the person where he decides to live. i agree not all the people who live in mumbai r educated but then there will be more marathi beggers in mumbai than non maha. what development r u talking about yavatmal,sangli,amravati,satara,akola. first try to develop these regions before teaching others . atleast no body is commiting sucided in north india.
