poilicians not to rake up people's sentiments
by mallaiah anchoori on Jan 06, 2008 12:30 AM

Poilicians float new ideas always and more so Regional parties for their existence- particularly when they realise that they are on the brink. In desperation and for their own survival they play and exploit the sentiments of people. For committing a crime one need not be settler coming from outside.Criminality is a matter of instinct and does not go by a particular region. All regions have both-good and bad people. It is,therefore, utterly wrong and misleading for the leader to ascribe crimes to outsiders who,in fact, out number the local Maharashtrian.Mumbai is the most acclaimed metropolitan city of the country-perhaps one of the first 5 of the world with a laudable discipline wherein all the outsiders fall the next day they join the main stream. It is city of a opportunities according to the merit and mettle of an individual wherein any citizen of this independent country can rightfully live-of course with due respect and regard to the sentients of the locals.in fact Mumbai's prestige gets enhanced becauase of its blend of people of various cultures, states religions, castes etc..We have to learn a lot from USA which invites the talent without any inhibitions and at the same time does not compromise on the issues of discipline and laws of the land which would be enforced strictly regardless of ones caste, creed or nationality.
