the major problem is not of other state people coming to mumbai. majority of people in mumbai are from other states.
But the biggest problem is the outsiders not respecting the mumbai culture and defaming the mumbai.
During my visit to Delhi - New Rajinder nager, i had seen educated and rich people there looking at even school girls private parts turning back. that culture is not there in mumbai and the people turning back to look females on streets cannot be found in mumbai.
The people from other states must learn not to bring such habits and practices to mumbai.
