If bangalore or Chennai is good it is because of the local government giving good administration and welcoming investors and creating confidence. Will any investor have the guts to go to Kerala or West bengal? Why not create an atmosphere where business can grow in these back ward states like UP and Bihar. The politicians there are so corrupt and stupid goons they dont even have the brains to welcome investment. These Biharis and Upites come to other states and ruin it with arrogance. I am the biggest critic of Tamil Nadu Politics, but you can not deny that these Tamil nadu Leaders had some brains and and they are good administrators.They are progressive. Why cant one see that in in UP or Bihar?
