You cant blame all the migrents for the incident. It could have happened anywhere in India. We as a nation have not been able to change at the speed in which the middle class is propering and spending. Our people are getting too much too soon. And the violance they see everyday transmitted from the US is enough to get a lot of adrelene kicking.
