the culprits shouid be severly punished as all of them have been photographed and to set an example to others they should be hanged in public so as to yeach oters a lesson. WHAT A TRAGEDY TO EVEN THINK OF. DONT THESE JOKERS HAVE SISTERS WHO CAN ALSO BE ION THE SITUATION AS THESE TWO INNOCENT GIRLS WERE.
