they take subsidy for a special kind of pilgrimage in which circumambulations of a meteorite rock is undertaken in a fanatic land. they are getting reservation and minority benefits and yet they promote terrorism and separatism and this particular central government is supporting them. this is an anti-national move that will cause huge damage to the country
