The CBI report also states that the suicide letter was deleted by someone in his house, and had to be retrieved in the lab ( which can be done as we all know unless the hard drive is wiped clean and even then in some cases this is possible) so why isnt she being charged with tampering with evidence? How can they pove that someonce coerced or forced him to commit suicide? But this case has religious overtones so we will never hear or see 100% truth anyway.
