India's involvement in Sri Lanka
by Shridhar Iyer on Jan 04, 2008 03:42 PM

Sri Lanka, Malaysia, and other nations like in Africa, where Indian origin people have been settled for many decades, have been treated like second class citizens in their own country. Clear examples are: treatment of Tamils in Sri Lanka, Malaysia, Gujratis in Kenya. The Indian Govt should stand up and fight for the rights of its people with the respective countries. Look at US, UK and how they protect the rights of their citizens all over the world. India has a long way to go forward in this direction.

With best wishes,

Srinivaan.
