Ha haa...Don't worry, North India is not far behind in such attitude. First of all, they expect everybody to learn Hindi. Now, I have nothing against Hindi and even though Hindi is not my mother tongue, I learned it, but some Northies are not happy with that and expect me to be as proficient as them in speaking Hindi. That is plain nuts.
