and especially in india when so many communities (including the dalits today) are using their numbers to manipulate the system to gather more and more benefits, why aren't the tribals doing that? where's the need for the gun and violence? the effort put in such can instead be used to organize themselves and manipulate the democratic system to their benefit. it is infinitely less dangerous and more fruitful.
but will anti-indian elements who are manipulating the tribals, allow that?
