u r right capitalistic economic model is alien to communism. but deng ziao ping changed all that. he allowed capitalism in industry, while retaining communism as the form of government. as i told u china has a mixed economy. but it has given full freedom to private industry to grow, without any socialistic controls, in some designated areas in the country.
this is a new type of governance experimented by china.
