Deare Meh, equality is a rainbow and fits only the political rhetoric...No nation acheived this. Even IF you create equal opportunities the more capable ones will emerge on top,

what is importnat is removal of deprivation and use of religion , conversion and prostrelisation to achieve political ends using econmic dependence..
