The murder happens in broad day light, in front of a large crowd, where obviously many close by standers survive the attack, and still we have so many theories floating around!
Either PPP wants to direct the enquiry elsewhere so that someone else (e.g., Mush) is blamed or there are sections of the media who are playing a game with their readers.
Some key questions: 1. How many security men around Benazir got killed in the suicide bomber blast? If no or very few of them died, one key question is WHY? Did they know what was going to happen next? 2. How many of those near her survive the blast? What is their input? Particularly those who were near the man in black sun glasses. 3. There seems to be a gun shot (or two) by the man in black sun glasses. Also, the TV channels showed a pistol recovered from the site. Have they tested any bullets for the match? It is not a major job for the forensic labs at all. 4. What happened after the blast? Are there any more videos, close ups? There have to be. Because all attention then gets focused on the incident. Where did the man in black glasses go? Did he melt away in the crowd that easily?
Musharraf may have been negligient, but may not have been directly involved in this. But one never knows, who was trying to kill two birds with one shot. Nawaz Sharif? Zardari? Some other leader of PPP? or, some Islamic Fundamentalist Party leaders? Osama / Baitulla Mehsud (there can be no legitimacy for the words of a terrorist).
