Unfortunately Hyderabadi is right. We Hindus are neither united nor prepared to fight or take risks. Otherwise current India would be a much different India. Muslims would have better integrated in India and there would not have been any militant Hindutva forces. Neigboring countries would have been both afraid and respectful of India. India's population growth would be in control and useless, greedy politicians would not have been elected because literacy and education would have reached the 4 corners of India. We truly are less capable than western civilization as they have got their act together. Even today how many Indians (or Hindus) would be willing to fight out a couple of thugs in a train full of people. None! I saw this with my own eyes as a child. How many Indians would get together to buy out a newspaper so that their HIndutva views can be aired. None! How many Hindus would be willing to get out on the streets to come out in support of Taslima? None! List goes on. Its way too long.
