Dear if ur so disappointed with the country why dont u try to get US passport or any other country's Passport ithink UGanda is the best place for u to be the citizen of, lets see wjho will make u as there citizen, it will time for all this things to solve, our country needs help and initiative from educated persons like u to come up with the solution and stop bitching about, thanks dear.
