What a SHAME that the Speaker of the house had to use words that should not be used in school children.The Election Commission MUST insists for the valid nomination of any member for the Parliament that he/she must not disrupt the proceeding of the house in any way but can take part in constructive discussion to express their views which shall be minuted.It is also a shame when we see few well educated MP's behabe the same way as the less educated MP's does.For the next election the EC must insists that the Speaker shall have the right to expell any member from any side when he/she disrupts the normal working of the house.Debate is welcomed but not disruption.
