Panchkula , afternoon, 4.40pm, wednesday, 27th Feb. 2008. it is a hard fact of the sibling successors of Imperial Raj since Partition that two sister countries of South -Asia always feels threatened whenever either takes up weapon escalation Nuclear or conventional arms the other rival feels immediately impelled to harden the resolve their own defence -systems to uphold the myth that they are really holding one-upmanship and are not likely take any such break-through , lying down.
