There is so much confusion on the whole issue particularly w.r.t. Hyde Act etc. which would be binding on India. Why should we stick our neck out to U.S.regulations. Just forget them and have the deal elsewhere or develop your own technology. This is what India should do. Never surrender our sovereignity.
