Mr Senthil Saxena, Appreciate your critic. However, be informed that software development, I & VV are very different from the ballistic missile development and demonstration. The actual results may not be disclosed due to strategic reasons. Suffice to say that all your apprehensions would have been taken care of and the tax payers money would have been spent on just and tangible cause.
