mahesh, the number of gay people we today are mostly opportunistic. Only about 10% of them are due to genetic defetct, the other 90% are people who cannot find any one from the opposite sex to copulate. So they copulate among each other of the same sex (since it is easy to meet, in club, at home, in hostel, in picnic etc.).
