I wish our police carry cyonide capsules with them all the time and whenever they capture a terrorist, torture him and squeez all the secrets and feed the cyonide. Period!
There is no point in arresting the terrorists and keeping them in jail. Whatever the food we feed them during their jail term - is a WASTE. If they were subjected to instant death penality, the food can be better used to feed the poor.
