The so called "bad people" (such as terrorists and politicians) are exploitiing the legal loopholes by getting "bail". The police and judiciary are inefficient to track these people who jump the bail. Its time judiciary stops granting bail to all cheaters till the case is resolved. may be this way all investigation agencies will work efficiently to facilitate speedy justice
