Dear aryanraj, not only Hindus but every one should get rid of the religious dogmas. The Govt is at times hesitant to act against the followers in order not to hurt their sentiments or for political gains. That does not mean that they are encouraging religious fundamentalism. It is for the majoirty to first get rid of such dogmas and show way to the minorities.
