For next year's Congress manifest will have one more valuable Achievement to drive muslim voters...!
Following r the Achievementss........!
1) Allowing Terrorist in south India.
2) Declaring Terrorist as Inocents.
3) ASking police not to interrogate or file the case against Terorist.and much more unknowingly
