It is the responisibility of the govt of india to protect its citizens.If they are unable to protect the rights and properties of poor kashmiries wheather they are hindus or muslims it is they who are to be blamed not the entire muslim community.A muslims honor is as much valuable and important as an hindus honor and both are to be given equal protection from terrorists like the ones targeting them in kashmir or in gujrat.
