Thackeray only mentioned the obvious- I agree he has used the wrong language and method to mention the obvious. On that the judge is absolutely right. But we are all missing the point- the problem is not Thackeray's words here. The underlining problem is the mismanagement of UP/Bihar by the political class there. Condemning Thackeray will not solve the underlining issue. The focus should be on why UP/Bihar has been mismanaged and how did theses politicians got away with it. Who is responsible, the politicians there or the people voting in UP/Bihar? This is the question that needs to be answered.
