Making Marathi or any other language compulsary in schools is against the rights a person. You can not force a person to learn a particular language if he does not wants to. Giving jobs only to Maharashtrians is upto you, if you want you can do this but it will not be good for your own business. And as far as your third point is concerned i am ashamed that there are still people in our country with mentality like you!
