New Delhi, Feb. 21: Out of power, shadow Prime Minister L.K. Advani has been able to draw professionals for his 'dream team', but the ruling Congress is struggling in the 'talent' hunt.
Former Intelligence Bureau chief Ajit Doval, former defence secretary Ajay Prasad and former home secretary Anil Baijal are among the once-powerful bureaucrats frequenting Advani%u2019s place to draw up a blueprint for 'transparent, clean, efficient and de-ideologised governance', which had been the BJP leader%u2019s pet theme in the post-Ayodhya years.
Vijai Kapoor, one of the first officers to join the party after retirement, also attends these brainstorming sessions. -------------------------
