The above is nothing but arrogance of a certain percentage of people of a state which has prospered because of Mumbai and all the people allover india who have directly or indirectly contributed to its development. Now most of the maharashtra is developed (except vidharba) because of mumbai. For ex Pune,Pimpri chinchwad,baramati,nashik,... would never have developed for the same reason.
What the people of mumbai (leave rest of india) have got in return is quite obvious when you visit mumbai.
