If a person moves from their home state (say TN) to other state (say Andra), it is the responsibility of TN guy to get assimilated in Andra in whatever way he could. The TN guy should not expect a Andra guy to know Tamil language. it is not a civilized expectation...
if you move out of your state, do it in our own risk...
