What you are talking is a law and order problem. I dont agree people discriminating our own country men as "North Indian" "South Indian" etc. If there is hooliganism, why is the police force for? Why there is a Chief minister? Governor? Ministers? isnt it a shame to say a fellow countrymen from living in any part of india? Come on man this is shame.
