No what I am asking is that we don't demand that every time a person passes through a city he learn the language and culture of that place. Knowing the national culture and one national language be it English or Tamil or Hindi should be fine. Also, the number of people moving around is increasing day by day. So don't assume it's only a few people. Why this mentality that if it doesn't hurt me but hurts the 'other', it's fine by me? This is a non-compassionate behavior and is not a sign of a civilized society.
