Hello Mr. AK , seemd you have no much idea of IT Projects . . If it is US projects ,to map the timings like EST, CST, MST and PST associate has to sit late . In that case they are coming office late too. But meetings with clients or onsite people can't avoide depends on the work . So no need to worry what Radhika nd Kishore are doing late at office .
