Nothing much has changed in Pakistan. The PML (N) and PPP have played musical chairs with the PM's post even earlier while Benazir was alive. Neither of the two are very friendly towards India. Most of the nefarious activities that are part of the Pakistan Intelligence Agencies covert activities directed against India were begun during the PMship of one of the above.
