Anyone overstaying their H-1B visa is an illegal alien. The excuse that there isn't enough time between jobs is idiocy. They come here because a job is promised them. When that job ends, they must go home. Clearly, most of them don't and they've already had their chain migration (wives and children in India) with them. So the wives and children (which this report doesn't state) go on welfare, meaning they're being paid to live here by U.S. taxpayers. Does this make any sense? No! They are lawbreakers just as the Mexican who sneaks across the Border in the middle of the night. All illegal aliens must go home!
