It is bound to happen because there are lot of H1 B employees come here and can not or do not want to go back to india for fear of losing face when they fall out of status and they continue to hope that they would land up with another opportunity soon. The employers bring the consultants here with false promises and when they land here after lot of fanfare in india it is difficult for them to go back and let their folks know that they have been duped by the so many mom and pop recruiting companies who is out to make a quick buck. Having said that it depends on the consultants to do what is legal in this country. I hope and wish the educated greaduates from India who come here on non immigrant visas do what is legit and ask all the questions before hand when they get here. I would also like to comment on what silicon valley attorney Mr.Shah Peerally said that 800 million would want to migrate to US of A. Either he is not born in India or He is Ignorant of about the country. With due respects I did not expect a irresponsible statement coming from an attorney.
