Fpr parliamentary democracy, both the government as well as the opposition will have to play fair,constructive and progressive roll. The best way for MQM is to let PPP and PML-N form the government and to play its part as an opposition party. By operating as a constructive opposition, they can develop a good rapo with the people of Pakistan.
