To plan & conduct an election is a time consuming & arduous process which generally takes months. If we keep quiet, Congress will as usual, engineer & scuttle the electoral process whereever it is sure to lose power. The second best choice for Congress is Presidents rule since President is their puppet & the EC is another tool of Congress secular fundamentalists.
