This shows that you are not fit to live in India! those people are daily wage workers who send money back to their villages so that their near and dear ones can just survive and you want them to pay taxes.. u must be joking. 1/5th or 20% or rural India lives on 12 Rs a day and they should pay taxes? they are hard working people and dont beg on streets, they work and earn money and they should be exempted from paying taxes, WAH RE MERE BHARAT KE LOGON.
