US is not planning to control India in any way ... there is no point in reinventing the wheel ... the technology is there ... it is not new technology ... US is willing to share and we don't have to waste time in creating it.
Imagine if we waited for our own guys to develop computers rather than buy designs and technology from US to build them in India ... if that had happened, India would be so far behind in IT.
