The rate of development is very poor and slow in Bengal inspite of having rich brains........Those are not used and utilised effectivly .. The primary reason behind thi is the current political party polices.. I strongly believe,The day CPIM are thrown out of power, Bengal will start to improve. Not to forget once Calcutta was the capital of India,and not to mention the list of names of those gems who bought glory to India in almot every aspect .
