Binay you are partially correct .... If you have lived outside WB for some times you would perhaps know the difference and perhaps the answer .. This is a fight between the so called HAVE and HAVE-nots which Politicians are exploting with the help of FOOLISH CADRES ... Thats my only point.... nor do i Claim to be absolutely perfect...
