it is not funny. the hindus must not attack one another. one just hopes u.p. and bihar comes up to the speed. they need help with their politics and with their public life. however, the trouble is it is hard to help somebody who refuses help because he has a false sense of righteousness. in other words, u.p. and bihar don't know that don't know. shame it is.
