Shut up all!!!. Is this the India we want, when people cannot move between states?, This is exactly why the Britishers made us slave for 200 years - fighting amoung us. The country should not waste it resources. There is always policies. Maharashtra can always collect more taxes from non-maharashtrians etc. fighting is the job of miltants and not hindus.
