Dr. Mazari, although has a solid academic background, I feel that a lot of the information and arguments she presents are in the obvious interests of Pakistan (understandably so), however I also do feel that Rediff, or for that matter Dr. Mazari should consider expressing counter arguments of the given situation. Though this is just my take on it, different individuals may have varying perspectives on this matter. The only thing I would refute of Dr. Mazari is that although Kashmir is a disputed territory, the Simla agreements have given provisions for both countries to occupy a certain territory of Kashmir based on which you can regard Kashmir as the property of one state or the other. In this case 66% of Kashmir belongs to INDIA and the rest to Pakistan and a little bit to China. Though historically speaking, Kashmir has been legitimately considered as part of INDIA's! JAI HIND!! VANDE MATARAM!! Peace.
